CTNCY is proud to present our 2026 Annual Afterschool Conference, Engineering Quality Afterschool: Defining and Refining. We are excited to continue providing diverse professional development and training to meet the needs of Connecticut’s afterschool professionals. This year’s focus is afterschool quality and the ongoing process of defining our quality goals and refining our practices. Our workshops will support your efforts to provide quality relationships, partnerships, environments, programming, structure, professional development, organization, and sustainability. In addition, we will have a full line up of vendors in our Exhibitor Hall providing resources, partnerships, and innovative solutions; an interactive welcome event; and delicious meals. Join other afterschool professionals from across the state to learn, network, and inspire. See you in November! This event includes a STEM Track of workshops and a STEM Hall for Exhibitors.
Cost & Registration
Early Bird Registration (before September 4th): $100.00/person Regular Registration (after September 4th): $125.00/person Registration to the annual conference includes a National AfterSchool Association (NAA) Membership – If you’re not a current paid NAA member and live in CT, our state affiliation and conference registration make you eligible for a free NAA membership (typically $25-150 when purchased directly through NAA). By checking, yes on the registration form, you’re granting permission for us to share your information with NAA so they can create a membership for you. REGISTRATION deadline is Friday, October 30th.
